    We use this bank exclusively. The tellers are very kind and greet you by name. I have had a couple minor issues, but they were resolved quickly and professionally.

    Frank Berrier got my taxes wrong two years in a row and it cost quite a bit of time and aggravation to correct the errors when they were brought to my attention. Frank also ‘serves’ on the local borough council and regularly screws the local citizens over whether they are his clients or not. Frank lives to be a thorn in Mifflin County’s side and it will be much better off when he is gone.

    I have gone to Frank Berrier's to get my taxes done for years. Have always had a good experience there. I have always had no issues with the appointment that I wanted. I always call at the beginning of January and get an set up for the day and time I want towards the end of February. Everyone is always nice and helpful to us and have taught us different things that we can do differently to help us out. I would tell anyone I know to go to them to have their taxes done. I did before I was married and moved away and still come back home every year to have them done again and again. I will not go to any other the other places I could go were I live. I know of a very well known tax place by me and I refuse to go to them because their cost is very high compared to Mr. Berrier's and the fact is I don't think they would do as good of job as I get at Mr. Berrier's. I am thankful for the help and friendly service they provide. Keep up the good work.
